Hasbro’s Sixth Wall AI Studio is seeking an Executive Operations Partner, a trusted right hand to the President and Co-Founder/Chief Creative Officer. This program offers accelerated exposure to AI strategy, finance, and corporate operations, designed for a high-potential recent graduate.

You will support executives, manage calendars, travel, and materials while gaining visibility into AI-driven enterprise initiatives. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and onsite in West Hollywood.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–3 years of experience preferred, including internships or early-career roles.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Interest in AI and emerging technology, with curiosity about business operations.
• Experience or interest in working with creative talent in Hollywood.
• This role requires onsite work 3 days per week at our studio in West Hollywood, CA.

This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for an Executive Operations Partner to serve as a trusted right hand and critical resource for the President as well as the studio’s Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer. This role blends administrative excellence, project coordination, and business exposure, offering an accelerated pathway into Hasbro's AI Studio. Designed for a high-performing recent college graduate, this role provides a unique opportunity to learn directly from senior executives, gain visibility into how AI strategy and innovation shape enterprise operations, and develop the skills necessary for a future leadership role within Hasbro.

A Day In The Life:

Executive and Team Support

• Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications for the President, AI Studio, with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings, ensuring follow-ups and decisions are documented and tracked.
• Serve as a primary liaison between the President, their direct reports, and key internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely execution.
• Support cross-functional collaboration by facilitating communication, scheduling, and coordination.

Professional Development and Exposure

• Work closely with the President and their leadership team to gain insight into AI strategy, financial management, operational execution, and corporate strategy.
• Attend select meetings with the President or leadership team, taking notes and following up on actions to support continuity and accountability.
• Manage studio recording logistics and take excellent care of voice talent who are working with the Studio.
• Participate in project work that deepens your understanding of Hasbro's business and its approach to AI-driven innovation.
• Gain exposure to how AI Studio evaluates and integrates emerging AI tools, platforms, and use cases across the enterprise.

Project and Process Support

• Assist in managing special projects, preparing executive summaries, presentations, and status updates.
• Support the execution of initiatives that enhance efficiency, communication, and strategic alignment within AI Studio.
• Conduct research and data gathering, including on AI industry trends and tools, to inform leadership discussions and decision-making.

Operational Excellence

• Manage expense reports, document preparation, and logistics with precision and confidentiality.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team operations, including through the use of AI-powered productivity tools.

The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.

Pay Range: $27.30 USD - $45 USD
