You will manage calendars, travel, and communications, prepare leadership materials, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Onsite work three days weekly at our West Hollywood studio with opportunities to learn AI strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–3 years of professional experience.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage calendars and travel with discretion.
• Experience working with senior executives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications for the President, AI Studio, with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings, ensuring follow-ups and decisions are documented and tracked.
• Serve as a primary liaison between the President, their direct reports, and key internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely execution.
• Support cross-functional collaboration by facilitating communication, scheduling, and coordination.
• Assist in managing special projects, preparing executive summaries and status updates.
