Through our flagship studio in Los Angeles, globally loved app, corporate wellness programs, and world-renowned teacher training, we provide practical tools to help people reduce stress, sleep better, and live with more intention and positivity.

We’re seeking a highly adaptable, proactive, and organized Executive Operations Manager to support our CEO and small but high-impact team. This role goes beyond traditional executive support, combining executive partnership, business operations, and ownership of key company initiatives across the Unplug app, teacher training program, marketing, and studio operations.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, exceptional project manager, and comfortable managing a wide variety of priorities, systems, and stakeholders. You’ll serve as a trusted right hand to the CEO while helping drive critical initiatives across the business. This is a high-trust role with significant opportunity for growth, ownership, and long-term impact within a mission-driven company.

NOTE:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Brentwood, Los Angeles office. We are not considering remote applicants or candidates who plan to relocate. Please apply only if you currently live in the Los Angeles area and can reliably commute to the office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive & Business Operations
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing executive support, managing priorities, and helping move key initiatives forward
  • Manage and improve operational systems, workflows, and processes to increase efficiency across the company (maintaining platforms such as Asana, Google Drive, Dropbox, Mindbody, Klayvio, Squarespace)
  • Support day-to-day business operations across the studio, app, marketing, partnerships, events, and teacher training programs
  • Support financial operations including expense tracking, invoices, vendor relationships, budgets, reporting, and coordination with bookkeeper, accountant, and payroll partners
  • Assist with business administration, contracts, compliance, insurance, HR needs, and other operational priorities
Unplug App & Product Operations
  • Serve as the primary internal operational lead for the Unplug app ecosystem across iOS, Android, web, Stripe, and CMS, partnering with developers and internal teams to support product improvements and growth
  • Manage product workflows including roadmap coordination, sprint cycles, releases, bug tracking, QA testing, and feature implementation using tools such as Jira
  • Conduct QA testing across platforms to identify bugs, validate fixes, and ensure a seamless user experience prior to releases
  • Oversee app content operations, including CMS management, meditation library organization, publishing workflows, subscriptions, promotional campaigns, and enterprise accounts
  • Coordinate monthly meditation challenges and app initiatives from planning through launch
  • Manage customer support operations, user feedback, and product insights to identify trends, improve workflows, and enhance the overall member experience
  • Monitor app performance, user feedback, analytics, and feature adoption to help inform product priorities and growth opportunities
Marketing & Brand Support
  • Support marketing initiatives including campaigns, content calendars, partnerships, newsletters, website updates, and press opportunities
  • Coordinate community events and brand initiatives, managing logistics, communications, and execution
  • Support content creation and digital marketing workflows with a strong eye for brand consistency and quality
Teacher Training Program Support
  • Support the growth and operations of Unplug’s teacher training program, including marketing, enrollment, student communications, and program logistics
  • Manage communication and engagement with prospective students, current trainees, and graduates
  • Coordinate training platforms, materials, schedules, and program operations
  • Support live virtual training experiences, including technology management, participant support, and instructor coordination
  • Help foster ongoing engagement with the teacher training community through continued communication and events
