Job summary

Unplug, a modern meditation company in Los Angeles, seeks an Executive Operations Manager to partner with the CEO and lead cross-functional initiatives across the app, training, marketing, and studio operations. This on-site role in Brentwood offers growth and ownership in a mission-driven team.

You will manage executive priorities, optimize workflows in tools like Asana and Jira, and support contracts, HR, and partnerships while scaling studio, app, and training programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in executive support or business operations.
• Experience supporting digital products with product/technical teams.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented work style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Executive & Business Operations: partner with CEO, manage priorities, advance key initiatives.
• Operate and improve workflows across the studio, app, marketing, partnerships, and training programs.
• Support financial ops including expenses, invoices, vendor relationships, budgets, and payroll coordination.
• Assist with contracts, compliance, HR needs, insurance, and other operational priorities.
