This is a unique opportunity to join a company in the midst of exciting growth. The Studio Manager will play a key role in the transition from our current studio space into our brand-new flagship location in Seattle's Capitol Hill. During the first three months, you'll work closely with the Owner to support scheduling, operational coordination, and the studio launch process.
This isn’t just a management role. We’re looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career. As you grow, you’ll take on increasing responsibility across operations, leadership, hiring, marketing and business strategy, with the opportunity to become the Owner’s right-hand leader as we continue to expand.
You don't wait to be told what to do. You naturally notice problems and enjoy finding solutions. You take pride in helping a team succeed and treat the business like it's your own.
Our goal is to develop someone who can eventually run the day-to-day operations of the business, allowing the Owner to focus on vision, strategy and future growth.
Compensation grows with increased responsibility and studio performance.
We’re not hiring a manager. We’re hiring a future leader of this business.
