Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior EA with exposure to Operations, Executive Business Partner, Project Manager, or Operations Manager.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable holding senior leaders accountable without formal authority.
• Proactive, calm, and solution-oriented.
• Excellent communicator who is discreet and trustworthy.
• Tech-savvy with an interest in AI.
• Experience in design, construction, manufacturing, or EOS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn meetings into clear actions, owners, and deadlines, and follow up until each one is done.
• Run the leadership team's weekly, quarterly, and annual planning rhythm, including agendas, scorecards, and action items.
• Keep the CEO focused on top priorities and prepared for key meetings.
• Own cross-functional projects from plan to completion.
• Coordinate hiring, from interviews to onboarding.
• Oversee office operations and company events.
• Provide calendar and travel support as needed.
