The Washington Post is seeking an Executive Operations Manager for Arc XP in Washington, DC. This role partners with the President to drive day‑to‑day operations, align priorities, and streamline workflows across multiple teams in a growing SaaS business.

You will help establish operating rhythms, track strategic initiatives, and surface risks. Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills are essential for success in this fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, program coordination, business operations, or chief‑of‑staff–like roles.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Clear and effective communication skills, especially when coordinating across teams.
• Ability to anticipate needs, identify gaps, and follow through on execution.
• Sound judgment and discretion when working with sensitive or confidential information.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the President on day‑to‑day business operations, aligning priorities and workflows across the organization.
• Support the operating rhythm of the business, planning cycles, leadership meetings, and team cadences.
• Help track key initiatives and commitments, ensuring follow‑through and surfacing risks or delays.
• Coordinate cross‑functional work by clarifying dependencies and timelines across teams.
• Prepare materials for leadership discussions to support clear, efficient decision‑making.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements to processes and workflows.
• Support execution of cross‑functional projects that improve organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with Finance and other functions to support planning, tracking, and coordination of business activities.
• Improve internal communication by ensuring updates, decisions, and priorities are clearly documented.
• Help introduce tools, workflows, or lightweight automation to improve efficiency.
