Arc XP is seeking an Executive Operations Manager to partner with the President, aligning priorities and workflows. This role focuses on planning cycles, leadership meetings, and cross-functional coordination to improve execution across the organization.

You will identify gaps, surface risks, and drive practical improvements, enabling Arc XP to operate more efficiently in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This is a full-time position based in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, program coordination, business operations, or chief-of-staff–like roles.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for multiple workstreams.
• Clear communication across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the President on day-to-day operations to align priorities and workflows.
• Support operating rhythm: planning cycles, leadership meetings, and cadences.
• Track initiatives, surface risks or delays, and ensure follow-through.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and timelines across teams.
• Prepare leadership materials to support efficient decision-making.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
