• Fluent English; German skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Office of the President and CEO of MBUSI.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
• Help organize and execute internal events.
• Research and compile information for special projects.
• Assist with Management Workshops and daily tasks.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
