Job summary

Capital Group is seeking an Executive Office Senior Analyst to support the Management Committee, shaping strategy, preparing external and internal engagements, and driving productivity through process automation. You will help establish global routines, grow the EO remit, and work with cross‑functional teams to advance enterprise initiatives.

You will create executive level updates and memos, develop roadmaps, measure success, and monitor progress to plan.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree; MBA is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with polished briefing memos and leadership correspondence.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strategic mindset with ability to connect themes across the enterprise.
• Experience in financial services (3+ years), EO experience a plus.
