• Review board packs, investment committee materials, and leadership submissions.
• Produce briefing notes and structured frameworks to support strategic decisions.
• Prioritize and triage information flow into the CEO's office.
• Conduct independent analysis on cross-firm initiatives spanning strategy and investments.
• Track decisions, commitments, and follow-throughs across the leadership team.
• Serve as a trusted internal analytical resource to Chief of Staff and CEO's office.
