Job summary

International Justice Mission in Washington, DC is seeking a motivated intern for the CEO’s Office in the 2027 Spring Internship class. The role supports executive administration, board meeting preparation, and internal communications for IJM's 1,400-strong workforce.

The position offers a flexible 20–40 hour workweek, with a hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) or in-person arrangement in the DC area. A monthly stipend is provided to offset expenses during the internship.

Qualifications

• Prospective interns need to have completed at least two years of undergraduate study by the start of their internship.
• At least one prior internship or significant leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to commit to 20, 30, or 40 hours per week during standard business hours.
• Experience in event planning and strong written/verbal communication are valued.

Responsibilities

• Support Board of Directors meetings.
• Assist with executive administration priorities.
• Assist with internal communications.
• Provide general IJM administrative support.
