Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) invites applications for the 2027 Spring Executive Intern program in the Washington, DC area. The role supports the CEO’s Office with oversight and leadership for IJM’s workforce.

Responsibilities include supporting Board meetings, internal communications, and executive administration, with 20–40 hours per week during standard business hours and a monthly volunteer stipend.

Qualifications

• Prospective interns must have completed at least two years of undergraduate study by start of internship.
• At least one prior internship or significant leadership experience in organizations.
