Xylem is hiring an Executive Sales Representative - New Business Only in the West. This hybrid role targets municipal wastewater utilities and other strategic customers, driving growth through proactive prospecting and new business development with a focus on net-new revenue.

You will engage utility executives, plant managers, and engineers, deliver tailored presentations, build a robust pipeline, lead negotiations, and navigate public procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years in business development, sales, or account acquisition within a related industry.
• Proven success in hunter-focused sales with revenue growth and long cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth plans targeting municipal wastewater utilities.
• Pure hunting role focused on new business development and building a robust pipeline.
