You will work with senior leaders to craft strategy, align stakeholders, and drive favorable terms across multiple regions. This role emphasizes global compliance and training of negotiation processes.

Travel is expected to frequent client sites and headquarters as projects demand. The position requires 7+ years of deal-negotiation experience, strong storytelling, and exceptional executive

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of experience in leading complex negotiations in support of sales or delivery.
• Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with executives at all levels and influence key decisions.
• Experienced in applying negotiation capabilities across large deals and disputes.
• Strong storytelling and ability to balance interests and synthesize solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and manage relationships with business and client leadership.
• Lead negotiation activities for select deals to meet client and Accenture needs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the negotiation strategy.
• Help resolve disputes while managing client expectations during negotiations.
• Ensure global compliance with inputs from legal and commercial teams in all deals.
• Champion and train client-centric negotiation processes and coach executives on strategy.
