Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience leading complex negotiations in support of sales or delivery.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with executives at all levels and influence commercial decisions.
• Strong application of negotiation capabilities and executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships with business & client leadership.
• Lead negotiation activities to meet Accenture and client needs for a mutually beneficial outcome.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to execute the negotiation strategy.
• Help resolve disputes while managing client expectations during negotiations.
• Ensure global compliance to legal, commercial and corporate transaction inputs in all deal negotiations.
• Champion and lead training of Client Centric negotiation processes and coach executives on the global negotiation strategy.
