Qualifications

• College degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• Certifications may be considered for additional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute group events from planning through completion.
• Serve as liaison between clients and hotel departments to ensure flawless meetings.
• Create BEOs and group resumes; communicate client expectations to hotel team.
• Identify revenue opportunities by up-selling and adding enhancements.
