Job summary

Cotality, located in Irving, TX, seeks an experienced Technical Services professional to deliver elite executive IT support and manage advanced conference room technology. You will be the primary technical face of IT for the executive team and VIP guests, ensuring productivity remains seamless and meetings run flawlessly.

You will manage Teams Rooms on Neat, Crestron, and Lenovo hardware, troubleshoot mixed OS endpoints, and uphold secure, high-performing systems with extensive enterprise tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering high-touch VIP/executive support.
• Experience configuring, troubleshooting Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV hardware (Neat/Crestron/Lenovo).
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and endpoint tools (Jamf, Intune).
• Knowledge of security/network tools (CrowdStrike, Zscaler, BeyondTrust).
• Experience with print management (PaperCut) and enterprise ticketing (Jira).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch technical support for C-level executives and VIP staff in Irving, TX.
• Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft Teams Rooms with Neat, Crestron, Lenovo hardware.
• Resolve complex Windows/macOS issues and printing infrastructure (PaperCut).
• Maintain secure, high-performing endpoints using Jamf, Intune, CrowdStrike, Zscaler and BeyondTrust.
