Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Director of Medical Communications to lead strategic, integrated communications for Global Medical. You will counsel senior leaders, craft narratives, and coordinate multi-channel plans across internal and external audiences.

You will partner with enterprise teams to elevate Medical's voice, ensure alignment with Commercialization narratives, and drive engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant communications experience with executive communications track record.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes integrated multi-channel communications plans for Medical's mission and priorities.
• Provides executive communications counsel to senior leaders across internal and external channels.
• Guides communications cascade and leader visibility across Global Medical Leadership Team.
• Develops above-brand Medical messaging coordinated across the Medical organization worldwide.
• Produces content across town halls, announcements, videos, and digital assets.
