Bristol-Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ seeks a senior communications leader to partner with the SVP of Global Medical Affairs and the Medical Leadership Team, designing multi-channel strategies that advance Medical's priorities and scientific leadership.

You will counsel executives, elevate the company's reputation in medical communities through speaking engagements, media opportunities, and thought leadership, and align Medical's voice with enterprise messaging across internal and external

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field required.
MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Minimum 12 years of relevant communications experience, with executive communications, internal and external communications strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
Prior experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or a related medical science business required.
Experience supporting medical affairs, scientific, or R&D organizations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops and executes integrated, multi-channel communications plans for Medical's mission and strategic priorities.
Provides executive communications counsel to the SVP of Global Medical and Leadership Team.
Coordinates content across internal and external channels, ensuring alignment with enterprise messaging.
Identifies and grows unique storylines for Medical leaders in line with corporate narratives.
Collaborates with and manages external agencies for Medical communications activities.
