Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director of WW Medical Neuroscience, Medical Communications to lead strategy and execution of medical publications and communications across markets. You will drive scientific narratives, manage budgets, and partner with experts to advance disclosure of data for patients worldwide.

The role reports into Global Medical Affairs and requires leadership of a multi-market medical communications team with a strong emphasis on integrity, quality and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree (PharmD/PhD/MD preferred).
• 8-10 years in pharma/healthcare with medical communications focus.
• Experience leading large teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• Ability to lead strategically and drive publication plans and data disclosure.

Responsibilities

• Develop market level medical communications strategy and execution.
• Oversee pull-through of scientific narratives and publications worldwide.
