Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Global Medical Neuroscience Medical Communications to drive scientific communications across Neurology, Neuropsychiatry, and related areas.

This role partners with senior leadership to develop publications, educational content, and congress materials, ensuring ethical, high-quality communications across all drug development stages. US-based, with global collaboration and diverse disease focus.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required; PharmD, PhD, or MD preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare medical communications or related field.
• Experience in neuroscience or related therapeutic areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute medical communications strategy for Neuroscience areas.
• Support publication planning, journals, and congress content across trials.
• Collaborate across Medical Communications, Regulatory, Safety, and HEOR teams.
• Mentor junior staff and manage external vendors as needed.
• Ensure data disclosure aligns with GPP and ICMJE guidance.
