Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director of Global Medical Neuroscience Medical Communications to advance scientific publication plans, educational content, and congress materials across Neurology, Neuropsychiatry, and related areas. You will collaborate with Senior Directors and cross-functional teams to ensure scientifically rigorous, ethical communications throughout drug development and commercialization.

The role requires strong leadership and global collaboration.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of progressive pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience with medical communications strategy.
Experience managing projects in a global, matrixed Medical Communications organization in Neuroscience or related area.
Background in publications, scientific content development, data dissemination; neuroscience experience preferred.
Certified Medical Publication Professional (CMPP) and ISMPP membership desired.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute medical communications strategy for Neuroscience areas.
Lead publication planning, scientific content development, and data disclosure.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Medical Strategy, Commercial, Regulatory, Safety, HEOR.
Mentor junior staff and contract personnel; contribute to team culture and inclusion.
Ensure compliance with GPP/ICMJE and other industry standards across activities.
