Job summary

Anchor Health in Hamden, CT, seeks an Executive Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer who will also serve as a Medical Assistant two half-days per week in clinical sessions. You will manage calendars, emails, and priorities, and build systems to keep operations moving while supporting patient care and flow.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage complex workflows with discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and proactive follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication; reliable in fast-paced clinical settings.
• Experience supporting a senior executive or physician leader is a plus.
• HIPAA familiarity and bilingual English/Spanish are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CMO's calendar, inboxes, deadlines, and priorities.
• Build systems for tracking decisions, deliverables, and follow-up.
• Support two half-day clinical sessions weekly as Medical Assistant.
• Take vital signs, assist with procedures, and support patient flow.
• Prepare charts and review schedules in line with HIPAA and privacy standards.
