Job summary

Release Recovery is seeking an Executive Coordinator to support our Chief Medical Officer. You will manage the CMO’s calendar, coordinate priorities across departments, and help ensure key projects stay on track in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will handle confidential information with discretion, work independently, and collaborate with Clinical, Residential, Business Development, Billing, Compliance, and Outcomes teams to move initiatives forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, healthcare administration, communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on items.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Chief Medical Officer’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and scheduling.
• Review and organize requests, messages, and follow up as needed.
• Track action items, deadlines, and priorities to ensure completion.
• Assist with correspondence, reports, presentations, notes, and records.
