The role offers high visibility, entrepreneurial mandate, and collaboration with world-class faculty to shape customized programs for major clients while expanding national and international footprints.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in business development, management consulting, executive education, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead and grow a revenue-generating organization or business unit.
• Strong track record building senior-level corporate relationships and closing complex, consultative engagements.
• Experience managing and developing professional teams across diverse roles.
• Financial and strategic acumen with P&L ownership.
• Outstanding interpersonal and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets and deliver against annual goals.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy expanding corporate client base regionally and nationally.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage full client lifecycle from engagement to renewal.
• Inspire and develop program managers, BD professionals, and operations staff.
• Collaborate with McCombs faculty and leadership to align programs with the School's strengths.
