Job summary

University of Texas at Austin seeks an Assistant Director of MBA Recruiting & Admissions to lead talent acquisition for the Executive MBA programs on the UT Austin campus, reporting to the Director of MBA Recruiting and Admissions.

Responsibilities include recruiting, counseling, and guiding prospective Executive MBA candidates; managing admissions committee efforts; and partnering with marketing and MBA leadership to strengthen the enrollment pipeline across Working Professional and Executive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and six years of talent acquisition experience (recruiting, evaluation, admission, etc).
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
Excellent diplomacy skills to handle complex stakeholder situations.
Ability to travel.
Proficiency with software and comfort learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead recruitment and admissions activities for the Executive MBA program and related formats.
Conduct application reviews and yield activities; counsel applicants throughout the admissions process.
Manage admissions committee processes and supervise part-time staff as needed.
Support engagement efforts to grow awareness and strengthen the candidate pipeline across markets.
Collaborate with marketing and MBA leadership to develop lead generation strategies and events.
