Job summary

The Atlantic District in Reading, PA seeks an Executive Managing Agent to lead a growth-focused book of business and oversee client relationships from onboarding to renewal. You will collaborate with leadership to shape strategy, mentor junior staff, and represent the firm at community events while maintaining profitability and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proven track record of growing an insurance book of business.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and personal lines coverage.
• Experience with agency management software and digital policy systems.
• Ability to mentor junior agents or manage a small team.
• Excellent verbal communication for high-level client negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of client accounts from outreach to long-term portfolio management.
