Job summary

Vaco is seeking a proactive executive support partner to enhance the Microsoft 365 experience for senior leaders in a high-visibility role. You will collaborate directly with executive leadership to streamline daily operations, resolve access and collaboration issues, and ensure smooth adoption of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint across the organization.

This role demands clear communication, rapid problem-solving, and a customer-centric attitude as new capabilities roll out in phases.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting executive leadership and managing high-stakes requests.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to ensure a seamless Microsoft 365 day-to-day experience.
• Anticipate and remove friction across Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Rapidly resolve high-impact, time-sensitive issues.
• Guide leaders through real-time solutions with clear explanations.
• Drive deeper adoption and smarter usage of M365 as capabilities roll out.
