Job summary

Vaco is seeking a proactive executive support partner to enhance the Microsoft 365 experience for senior leaders in a high-visibility role. You will collaborate directly with executive leadership to streamline daily operations, resolve access and collaboration issues, and ensure smooth adoption of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint across the organization.

This role demands clear communication, rapid problem-solving, and a customer-centric attitude as new capabilities roll out in phases.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting executive leadership and managing high-stakes requests.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.

Vaco has partnered with a key client to build a high-impact support team focused on elevating the executive experience within Microsoft 365. The organization has already completed its migration, and this team will play a critical role in ensuring leaders are able to operate smoothly, confidently, and without friction in the new environment. It's a highly visible, relationship-driven position where you'll act as a trusted partner to executive leadership, removing obstacles, optimizing how they work, and ensuring M365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) enhance productivity rather than slow it down. No third parties at this time.
