White Lodging is hiring an Executive Lounge Attendant at the JW Marriott Austin to ensure superb lounge setup, service, and clean-up. You will deliver exceptional hospitality, maintain lounge presentation, and assist guests with menu knowledge and service standards.

This is a guest-facing, fast-paced hotel role requiring a professional, team-oriented attitude. Ideal candidates are outgoing, with strong communication skills and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, sociable demeanor suitable for guest-facing roles.
• Clear, courteous communication with guests and team members.
• Commitment to superior customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift at least 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge.
• Set tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks in assigned areas.
• Professionally serve food and beverages tableside and from buffets.
• Monitor tables and buffets to keep them clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality while maintaining professionalism.
• Know menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
