Job summary

White Lodging in Indianapolis is seeking an Executive Lounge Attendant to ensure the successful setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge while delivering exceptional hospitality to every guest.

You will oversee lounge operations, serve food and beverages, and anticipate guest needs with a friendly, professional demeanor, contributing to a memorable guest experience across JW Marriott properties.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and listening skills.
• Outgoing personality with hospitality mindset.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift at least 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge.
• Set tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks in assigned areas.
• Professionally serve food and beverages tableside and from buffets.
• Monitor tables and buffets to keep them clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality at all times.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Perform opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.
