White Lodging operates premium hotels and manages JW Marriott Austin, where you will help maintain spotless rooms and public areas to create a welcoming environment for guests.

We seek a dedicated housekeeper with a passion for hospitality, able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods. This role includes Day 1 benefits and opportunities for growth within a respected hotel brand in Austin.

Qualifications

• Experience and desire to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Self-motivated with initiative.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/move for extended periods.
• Certification sign-off after completing training.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality guest service and anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Clean and restock linen closets and storage rooms with linen and supplies.
• Restock housekeeping carts with clean, sanitized items.
• Vacuum and mop hallways and stairwells.
• Clean offices, Front Office areas, and associate break room.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• A housekeeper will provide the highest quality of service to the guest and anticipate and exceed guest expectations
• Clean and restock linen closets, linen and storage rooms with linen and supplies
• Restock housekeeping carts with clean, sanitized glasses and cups
• Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells
• Cleaning of offices, Front Office areas, and associate break room
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• The Housekeeper will have experience and desire to give guests the best service and experience
• Desire to take initiative and self-motivate
• Ability to use good judgement and critical thinking skills
• A certification sign off after completing training
• The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally. As well as the ability to move and stand for extended periods of time
