Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking an Executive Lean Leader to drive an enterprise-wide Lean transformation within the Heartbeat program. You will champion Lean change, mentor Heartbeat Lean Leaders, and partner with stakeholders to prioritize opportunities while co-leading strategic reviews.

The role focuses on deploying the Heartbeat Business System, coaching bootcamps, and embedding standard work, daily management, and advanced problem-solving across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; extensive leadership exp. in Lean transformations.
• 15+ years in general management or Lean operational leadership.
• 10+ years building Lean capability across organizations, ideally global.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Lean transformation initiatives across regions, segments, and functions.
• Coach Heartbeat Lean Leaders and develop operating rhythms and strategy planning.
• Embed standard work, daily management, problem solving, Kaizen and value-stream mapping into operations.
