Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking an Executive Lean Leader based in Europe to guide the enterprise-wide Lean transformation within the Heartbeat Office. You will champion and coach Lean changes, lead Heartbeat Lean Leaders, and partner with stakeholders to drive Kaizen and strategic improvement across regions, segments, and functions.

The role focuses on deploying the Heartbeat Business System, embedding standard work, daily management, problem solving, and value stream mapping into operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15 years of General Management or Lean leadership experience; 10 years in Lean capability-building.
• Regulated-industry knowledge and experience with AI-enabled tools; global Lean-system deployment and executive communication.
• ADKAR change-management framework preferred; travel up to 40% across Europe and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide Lean leadership at Region/Segment/Function level and coach Heartbeat Leaders.
• Partner with global stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute Kaizen opportunities.
• Co-lead operating rhythms and strategy with senior leaders across regions and functions.
• Support bootcamps, coaching, and training on Heartbeat fundamentals; embed standard work and daily management.
• Develop Lean capability program; establish a common roadmap for continuous improvement and people development.
• Foster servant leadership; align with Heartbeat operating principles; drive EBITDA and Free Cash Flow impact.
