SDSU Research Foundation, through the Academy for Professional Excellence, seeks a SACHS/LIA Program Manager to oversee the SACHS and Leaders in Action initiatives in Southern California. The role includes coordinating meetings, developing curricula, and supervising program staff, with travel to Riverside and San Diego sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; six years experience, three as a supervisor.
• Six years total experience, including three years in people management.
• Experience in health and human services preferred.
• Ability to work in California with travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and direct SACHS LIA program activities.
• Develop agendas and coordinate speakers.
• Deliver presentations to various audiences and write annual program reports.
• Manage program budgets and expenditures.
• Collaborate with Academy staff on training needs and curriculum development.
