Job summary

SAIC is hiring a Program Director in San Diego, CA to plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee account operations supporting the VP’s daily tasks. You will manage a program team of staff and Program Managers serving Navy and DoD stakeholders, shaping the operational roadmap for growth and sustainment.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and ensuring compliance with regulations across franchise and government programs. On-site presence in San Diego is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 16+ years of related experience.
• 8+ years of operational leadership in a high-volume environment (500+ employees)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable operational growth programs under VP direction.
• Lead onboarding of new program and build an account portfolio team.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Directors, and PMO staff to optimize performance and drive improvements.
• Partner with leadership to build program and growth training programs, playbooks, and team ecosystems.
• Maintain brand standards, customer experience, and operational excellence across all locations.
• Ensure the operations team is fully staffed and develop talent to support growth.
• Serve as liaison between the VP and Program Operations team.
• Ensure compliance with agreements, SAIC guidelines, and government regulations.
• Drive profitability and customer satisfaction improvements.
