San Diego State University Research Foundation is seeking an Institute Manager for IAHSJ to coordinate operations, staff supervision, and grant administration. The role partners with the Founding Director to advance program priorities and ensure timely, compliant project delivery.

The candidate will manage administration, personnel processes, budgeting, and reporting across IAHSJ initiatives, including PAC, VISTA, and HLHEP, within SDSURF collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent training and administration work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee IAHSJ operations and staff, ensuring equitable, accountable administrative practices.
• Coordinate program implementation across IAHSJ initiatives for consistent reporting and delivery.
• Provide governance over project and grant management, budgets, and staff development.
