Job summary

San Diego State University Research Foundation is seeking a proactive SACHS/LIA Program Manager to oversee Leaders in Action and SACHS programs. The role requires coordinating virtual and in‑person meetings, developing agendas, and ensuring alignment with the Executive Director’s vision.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or educational technology or related field.
Six (6) years of experience designing and developing interactive online educational courses.
Three (3) years of experience supervising or managing employees.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and direct LIA program activities.
Coordinate subcommittees of SACHS and promote two‑way communication between subcommittees and Directors.
Develop quarterly meeting agendas for in‑person and virtual check‑in meetings.
Co‑facilitate quarterly in‑person meetings with SACHS Directors and virtual check‑in meetings.
Interface with a variety of partners from across the state.
