• Build presence and navigate difficult conversations with composure in real time.
• Partner with executives and HR leaders to diagnose needs and connect learning to business outcomes.
• Shape learning solutions through needs analysis, design and facilitator guides.
• Measure and improve impact using feedback and data to refine delivery.
• Ensure session readiness, including rosters, technology, and communications for smooth execution.
• Develop yourself and others through observation and coaching cycles.
