You will oversee EPC project execution and professional services, establishing scalable models and contracting strategies to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in energy infrastructure, EPC, power generation, microgrids, or related industries.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing large multidisciplinary organizations, complex EPC projects, or integrated delivery programs.
• Experience delivering both EPC projects and technical/professional services engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic plan for growing the Integrated BESS business segment.
• Develop execution models that support both EPC and professional services engagements.
• Lead development of streamlined commercial models tailored to technology and data center customers.
• Direct project directors and project managers to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery.
