Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in power, energy, utility infrastructure or related markets.
• 5+ years leading programs, portfolios, or professional services groups.
• Experience growing service-oriented businesses.
• Strong commercial, contractual, and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic plan for growing the Utility BESS Services business.
• Lead and grow Utility BESS professional services offerings including FEED and related services.
• Monitor portfolio health, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Lead annual budgeting and business planning activities.
• Train, mentor, and develop project managers; drive follow-on opportunities.
