Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Vice President, Power Delivery to lead growth, strategy, and financial performance for the Power Delivery business. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Power Delivery business strategy in alignment with Arcadis' corporate vision and regional growth objectives.
• Lead business development efforts across key utility, energy, industrial, and data center clients and strengthen executive relationships.
• Provide line management for Power Delivery managers, technical leaders, and business unit leaders to foster engagement, accountability, and growth.
• Oversee major utility and power infrastructure programs, ensuring safe, profitable delivery and alignment with client expectations.
