Job summary
Arcadis is seeking a Vice President, Power Delivery in Houston to lead growth, strategic direction, and financial performance of the Power Delivery business. You will drive market opportunities across transmission, distribution, substations, renewable integration, energy storage, and data center power infrastructure services.
You will manage a multidisciplinary team, partner with sector and regional leaders, and advance Arcadis' capabilities in grid modernization and electrification initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
- 20+ years of experience in utility/power delivery/engineering/infrastructure.
- Proven executive leadership experience overseeing large engineering or infrastructure organizations.
- Strong business development, client relationships, and financial management experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Power Delivery business strategy aligned with Arcadis' vision and regional plans.
- Lead business development across utility, energy, industrial, and data center clients; build executive relationships.
- Sponsor major pursuits, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Provide direct line management for Power Delivery leaders and ensure high performance.
- Oversee major utility projects to ensure safe, profitable, and on-schedule delivery.
