Job summary
Arcadis U.S.Inc. seeks a Vice President, Power Delivery to lead growth and execution across transmission, distribution, substations, grid modernization, and data center power infrastructure.
You will drive client engagement, project delivery excellence, and profitable expansion with a multidisciplinary team. The role requires deep industry relationships, strong commercial acumen, and experience leading large engineering and consulting organizations to advance Arcadis' capabilities and market
Qualifications
- 20+ years in utility, power delivery, energy consulting, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven executive leadership of large engineering or consulting organizations.
- Track record of growth, client development, and financial management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Power Delivery strategy aligned with Arcadis' vision and objectives.
- Lead business development across utilities, energy, industrial, and data center clients; sponsor major pursuits.
- Provide direct line management for Power Delivery leaders and ensure high-performing teams.
- Oversee major utility and power infrastructure programs, ensuring safe, profitable delivery.
