Job summary

Industrial Succession Group seeks a builder-leader to take ownership of Pen Manufacturing in California, driving growth and profitability through strategic P&L oversight, acquisitions, and a scalable manufacturing platform.

You will lead revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow while developing leadership across sites, optimizing operations, and expanding into new markets with a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a manufacturing business through growth.
• Experience with full P&L ownership and cash flow management.
• Strong ability to drive revenue, EBITDA and pricing improvements.
• Experience in metal fabrication or contract manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and be accountable for revenue growth, EBITDA, cash flow and margins.
• Lead sales, marketing and customer relationships to build a predictable pipeline.
• Direct operations, production, engineering and quality to improve utilization and profit.
• Build leadership teams and develop talent across sites as the business grows.
• Oversee acquisitions and integration as part of building a manufacturing platform.
