Metal Solutions Holdings is seeking a Platform President to guide the growth and profitability of its metal manufacturing platform, starting with Pen Manufacturing in Anaheim, CA. The role oversees P&L, operations, and cross-company integration as acquisitions expand the platform.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of senior manufacturing leadership, strong commercial instincts, and a proven ability to grow revenue and improve profitability across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience as President/CEO/COO/Division President or similar P&L role.
• Direct responsibility for revenue, gross margin, EBITDA and cash flow.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and improving profitability.
• Strong commercial instincts and customer-facing experience.
• Experience building and leading multi-site management teams.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing economics (labor, material, capacity, costs).

Responsibilities

• Own financial and operating performance across the platform.
• Drive revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, cash flow and working capital.
• Establish KPIs, rhythms, budgets and forecasts for portfolio companies.
• Lead and develop Site Leaders responsible for individual plants.
• Evaluate acquisitions and participate in diligence and integration planning.
