Pen Manufacturing in Anaheim, CA seeks a Plant Manager to lead daily operations of our metal fabrication facility. You will drive safety, production, quality, scheduling, and inventory accuracy on a fast-paced shop floor.
You’ll coach supervisors, walk the floor, remove bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery while building a culture of accountability. Fluent English and Spanish preferred; ERP/MRP and Lean experience required. Compensation: base $150k-$300k depending on experience.
