The role partners with cross-functional leaders to develop talent, optimize capacity, and support long-term growth. This position requires strong financial acumen, multi-site leadership experience, and a track record in capital projects and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading multiple departments or an entire manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all plant operations across production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and materials.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Establish performance metrics and drive accountability for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Ensure production schedules meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency.
• Lead capital improvement initiatives and facility expansion projects.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams.
• Foster culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous learning.
