Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing or a closely related industry.
• Experience as a President, CEO, COO, Division President, General Manager, or similar P&L leadership role.
• Direct responsibility for a meaningful P&L including revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and cash flow.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and improving profitability.
• Strong commercial instincts and comfort working directly with customers and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Own financial and operating performance across the platform.
• Drive revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital performance.
• Establish KPIs, operating rhythms, budgets, forecasts, and accountability across portfolio companies.
• Build and develop Site Leaders responsible for individual operating companies.
• Hold leadership teams accountable for measurable financial and operational results.
• Develop and execute cross-site growth strategies and market expansion.
